Stephanie Blackmore FPN-C

Stephanie is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner who treats patients of all ages. Born and raised in Arizona, she graduated from Grand Canyon University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and again for her Master of Science degree in nursing for her nurse practitioner training. She holds her national board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner. Throughout her nursing career she worked many years in the emergency department as an RN before being given the opportunity to work as an ER provider. She has worked alongside a renowned pulmonologist here in Phoenix during COVID and was a medical director of a busy family medicine practice here in Phoenix where she harnessed her skills treating chronic diseases in primary care. Her vision is to help patient’s identify disease risks and prevent disease progression. She specializes in chronic disease management, ADHD management, diabetes management, various in-office procedures, IV hydration, women’s and men’s health, hormone replacement therapy and cosmetic injectables. She has 2 children, a wonderful husband “front desk assistant”, and a Jeep named Brad. Her hobbies include spending time with family, gardening and Jeeping.
